Cancellations PolicyWe understand that circumstances may arise which change your travel plans. With that in mind, Ontario Coachway has a very simple cancellation policy. We will gladly give a FULL refund for any reservation cancelled within 48 hours of your travel date. 48 hours prior to reservation –full refund 24 hours prior to reservation -50% refund Same day cancellation- NO refund Any booked (pre-arranged) passenger cancelling the same day, or not at the address of confirmed pick-up and not checking into the ground transportation counter at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 upon their arrival will be considered a NO SHOW. NO SHOWS will be charged full rate, as we have dispatched a driver and a vehicle with reserved seating for you. Please note that Ontario Coachway Airport Service DOES NOT TRACK FLIGHTS. We are not responsible for delayed or early flights. If your flight is delayed and you do not meet the scheduled service on time, you will be placed on the next available service for a transfer fee of $25.00 per person. Next day service is an additional shared-ride rate. If you are delayed in customs, waiting for luggage and/or there is an “off boarding” issue….please call the office and leave message (613-968-2058) or call Ground Transportation (416-776- 9543 T-1 / 416-776-9550 T-3), if possible to notify that you are at the airport. It is the passenger’s responsibility to monitor and inform the office of ALL flight arrivals and departures regarding cancellations or delays. If after business hours please leave a message on the service. Passengers are responsible for providing correct flight information, dates and times. Along with the proper address for all applicable fares, if the city or town is incorrect and there is a rate change, you will be charged the difference.
